Sally Hershberger Major Body 3-in-1 Volumizing Spray

I know what you’re thinking, is she really talking about her hair again? Yep! So my obsession continues. I’m still on a mission for products that will give me more volume. I will tell you every Sally Hershberger product I have tried so far has been amazing. The Major Body 3-in-1 Volumizing Spray, $12.99 at CVS.com. didn’t disappoint either. I used it with the Sally Hershberger Supreme Root Lift. That’s fabulous as well, but I’ll save that review for another day. Like all of the Sally products, the scent of this spray is to die for. What makes this spray different from all the other styling products on the market is that this spray can be used as a volumizer, a dry shampoo and as a light finishing spray. This spray is infused with caffeine to give your hair that extra boost and lift that I so desperately crave. I could honestly go on all day about how much I LOVE this spray. Bigger is definitely better. After all, everything is bigger in Hollywood! or is that Texas?

Nivea Essentially Enriched Body Lotion

I’ve been getting a lot of emails lately from readers wanting to know what products I use on my skin. There are two products I use religiously on a daily basis that keep my skin super smooth and hydrated. Every morning while showering, I use a Body Butter Coconut Scrub by Softsoap, $2.99, applied in a circular motion with a loofah. As far as keeping my skin moisturized? For the past fifteen years, I have used Nivea Essentially Enriched body lotion, $5.99 at Target.com, from my neck down. I NEVER miss a day of moisturizing…EVER! The reason I LOVE the Nivea Enriched is because it is extra moisturizing and leaves my skin with a dewy look. Often times people neglect their body and only focus on their facial skin because it is the first place we see signs of aging, but our skin is our bodies biggest organ. It is extremely important to not only moisturize our skin, but use sunblock on a daily basis. I truly believe if we take care of our body and soul, it will in turn take care of us. Dermalogica Skinperfect Primer

Beautiful makeup starts with perfectly hydrated and prepped skin. I’m constantly trying new products. Of course I have my favorites but I was so impressed with Dermalogica’s Skinperfect Primer, $48 at Ulta.com that I almost instantly wanted to review it. I have been wearing this for a few weeks now and all I can say is WOW. This primer has a slight tint to it but it goes on completely transparent and it also contains an SPF 30, which I love. We all know how much damage those UV rays can cause and any amount of protection we can get is a huge plus. Dermalogica Skinperfect Primer leaves my skin line free for hours and also keeps it perfectly hydrated. It has a subtle lavender fragrance that dissipates quickly after applying it but it immediately brings back memories of having a relaxing facial. This primer is PURE PERFECTION.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Hoochie

I’ve been OBSESSED with a few things in my life. Let’s just say I kind of have that type of personality! Well this Lip Tar by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics in Hoochie, $18 at Sephora.com, is my latest obsession. The color is so bright and highly pigmented that you are sure to demand everyone’s attention. I have these in numerous colors and they are pretty long wearing. I don’t know if I would want to kiss someone with this on? Ha! But it’s great for those days when you just want to make a BOLD statement. One of the things I love about this company is their products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Each lip tar comes with it’s own lip brush and carrying case as well. What might seem like a small tube will literally last for months, maybe even a year depending on how often you use it. A little definitely goes a long way. Now go out and show off those pouty lips. You just might make someone’s day! xx

At least three times a week I either sleep in this mask or I put it on first thing in the morning and relax while having my coffee. As we age, our skin loses it’s luster. This mask contains an exclusive 5-Hydra Complex with stabilized Bamboo Sap, nine Essential Amino Acids and select minerals and the Aqua Sponge Complex to aid in the vitalizing process. It is extremely effective at replenishing the vitamins and nutrients as you sleep. So what does this all really mean? You wake up in the morning with super hydrated and glowing skin. Yes! You will look like you’ve had your full eight hours of sleep, even if you’ve only have five. Now that’s a beautiful way to start any day.
