I’ve been getting a lot of emails lately from readers wanting to know what products I use on my skin. There are two products I use religiously on a daily basis that keep my skin super smooth and hydrated. Every morning while showering, I use a Body Butter Coconut Scrub by Softsoap, $2.99, applied in a circular motion with a loofah. As far as keeping my skin moisturized? For the past fifteen years, I have used Nivea Essentially Enriched body lotion, $5.99 at Target.com, from my neck down. I NEVER miss a day of moisturizing…EVER! The reason I LOVE the Nivea Enriched is because it is extra moisturizing and leaves my skin with a dewy look. Often times people neglect their body and only focus on their facial skin because it is the first place we see signs of aging, but our skin is our bodies biggest organ. It is extremely important to not only moisturize our skin, but use sunblock on a daily basis. I truly believe if we take care of our body and soul, it will in turn take care of us.
