It’s not too powdery and it is the perfect color to neutralize my lids. When I first discovered eyeshadow primers, I thought the idea of it kind of just seemed like it was a waste of money. I knew I could certainly just get away with using my face primer on my lids as well, but eyeshadow primers definitely work and once you have used one, you will be hooked for life–
