With Fall just around the corner, there was a sure sign on the runways this season as to what is going to be Fall’s favorite hue. Deep, dark, burgundy nails and lips were seen everywhere. The key to pairing such a dark, rich lip is to go light on the eye area. I love the look of a slightly metallic shadow rimming the entire eye area. It has the perfect amount of bronze to give you an intense metallic smokey look. It is easy to blend and stays put for hours. I paired this sultry eye with one of my favorite rich Classic Cream Lipsticks by Dolce & Gabbana called Dahlia, $33 at Saks.com, but be warned, this color is not for the faint of heart or anyone wanting to fly under the radar. This color is so dark and intense you must truly wear it with confidence. Believe me, it is one of those colors that is sure to turn heads. Prior to applying my lipstick, I lined my lips with the Dolce & Gabbana Precision Lip Liner in Dahlia, $30 at Saks.com. This creates the perfect lip with major staying power.
