Just as the weather is about to get HOT, so are you. This Expert Last Lip Color in Traffic Jam by NYC, $1.99 at CVS.com is sure to heat up your summer days, and nights. This is the first time I’ve tried one of their lipsticks, and this color definitely demands some attention! I first lined my lips with my Make up Forever Lip Line Perfector, $19 at Sephora.com, and then layered a generous coat of the Expert Last Lip Color on top. The color and the creamy texture of this lipstick are absolute pure perfection. One of the main reasons I love this lipstick, is because not only is it highly pigmented, it doesn’t dry my lips out like most BOLD colored lipsticks. This really has major staying power too. But a word of advice, this might not be the perfect color to wear out on a night with your man. Believe me ladies, I learned the hard way.
