Another lipstick another day. My mood often times determines what lipstick I am going to wear. This deep lip color is perfect for when I’m feeling a little more conservative and sophisticated than my usual over the top, funky self. I have owned this lipstick for a while and had never actually worn it. Quite frankly, it kind of scared me looking at it in the tube. I first lined my lips with Dolce & Gabbana’s Precision Lip Liner in Dahlia, $30 at Saks.com, and then layered Dolce & Gabbana’s Shine Lipstick in Dahlia, $33 on top. The color is so rich, these pictures do not even do it justice! I will say that this color is absolutely NOT the color to wear on a date. Your boyfriend will be mortified at the thought of kissing these lips. So maybe just save this color for a daring day at the office or a night out with the girls.
