Dolce & Gabbana Intense Nail Lacquer

I already know I have some issues and I’m the first to admit it! When I find something that I absolutely adore, I must get it in every color. Case in point, one of my favorite nail polishes by Dolce & Gabbana. I have one to fit every mood. For the days when I want understated but well manicured nails, I opt for Pure Nude (far right). When I want a little more “Glitz and Glamour”, I choose one of my favorite metallic’s in Gold. (pictured middle). What I love about these polishes is their staying power and finish. I can easily wear these for five days or more without a single chip. I do realize these are definitely one of my splurge products at $24 a bottle, sold exclusively at Saksfifthavenue.com, but once in a while you deserve to treat yourself! These polishes definitely get two thumbs up. ( and eight fingers )Colors Left to Right: Emeraldo, Rubino, Topazio, Gold, Taupe Delight, Brown Spice & Pure Nude

Crest 3D Advanced Seal Whitestrips

Want whiter teeth? Crest 3D Advanced Seal Whitestrips will do the trick in only a few short days. I have been using these little strips for years and they only keep getting better! I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums and these do not bother me in any way. I usually order mine online at Amazon.com for around $38.99, which is the best price I’ve found. Nothing shows your confidence more than a bright, white, friendly smile. Well, maybe a great pair of heels too!

Caudalie Vinexpert Eye Serum & Premier Cru Eye Cream

Oh yes, I have done it again. When will I ever learn? I have had one too many late nights lately. I know what you are thinking. I realize it’s Friday, so does this mean it starts all over? Yes! I have to give praise to two of my favorite Caudalie products this week. What started out as a civilized Sunday night of Jazz at the W, turned into a week of recovery. I’m a girl that can run on very little sleep, but since I was already fighting off a cold, the late night (or shall I say morning) really did me in. The first place you can always see it, is my eyes. I constantly have to remind myself that I’m not 21 years old any more, but being single, I often times forget. Well, at least until the next morning. This entire week I have been applying my Caudalie Vinexpert Anti-Aging Eye & Lip Serum, $75 at Sephora.com, followed by my Caudalie Premier Cru Eye Cream, $99 at Sephora.com, to my entire eye area. This combo really saved me. My eyes are finally looking well rested five days later. The serum definitely helps diminish the dark circles and the eye cream layered on top, added that extra hydration that I so desperately needed. Looking back on this past week I have to ask myself, “Was it worth it?” My answer…. ABSOLUTELY! You only live once. I’m blessed to be surrounded by the best friends and eye creams in the world! Happy Friday-

Saks Fifth Avenue Beauty Gift with Purchase

Who doesn’t LOVE a free gift? It’s that time of year when you should stock up on your favorite cosmetics. I had to make my usual Dolce & Gabbana run this past week because I was completely out of my beloved make-up. My favorite man Russ at the Beverly Hills Saks Fifth Avenue store, informed me that there was a beauty gift available starting today. I jumped for joy! This gift is available through March 1st. What more could a girl want?

NYX WONDER Pencil in Light

Since I have so many different bright and bold lipsticks, it’s sometimes hard to find the perfect lip liner to go with each one. I also find, that unless I discover a pencil that is the exact color of the lipstick, it often times compromises the color. When you wear dark or bold lipsticks, you definitely need to line your lips with something, otherwise the color will bleed outside of your lip line, and no woman wants that! I discovered reverse lip liners a few years back and they are truly amazing. You can use one pencil with every lipstick you own. I must admit I’m in LOVE with Make Up Forever’s version, but I decided to go out on a limb here and try the NYX WONDER pencil version in light, $4.49 at CVS, for a fraction of the price. What’s different about this liner vs Make Up Forever’s version, is this little WONDER pencil definitely multitasks. You can use it as a concealer, eye brightener or a reverse lip liner. I’m quite happy I stumbled across this little gem. It truly brightened my day! (and saved me a few bucks too)
