The best way to define your eyes is with bold, beautiful, dark lashes. I’m obsessed with so many makeup tricks and products, but I think one of the biggest differences you can make with your makeup routine is adding false lashes. In a few quick minutes, you can go from great eyes to absolutely amazing eyes. I recently stumbled upon these lashes by Eylure in No. 121, $6.79 at CVS. I love the fact that on the outer edges of the lash, they actually have a double layer of lashes to give them more definition and a bolder, thicker look. This little kit also came with an adhesive and lash applicator as well. I did trim them down because the length of the strip was a bit too long for my lash line, but I normally do that with most lashes because I like the lashes to be heavier on the ends. The lashes are reusable for a few applications as long a you rinse them well after you take them off. These have now without a doubt become my favorite lashes. I think I might take these babies for a test run…men usually can’t resist a woman that bats her lashes!
FING’RS PRINTS Press-On Nails
I have never ever had fake nails in my entire life! I’ve only had an actual manicure a hand full of times. But as you already know, I’m obsessed with my nails. I cannot stand it when my nails are not painted. I am probably also the last human being on the planet that does not have gel nails. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to get them, but I’m so afraid they are going to ruin my real nails. With that being said, I finally broke down and tried a press-on version called Fing’rsprints, $7.49 at cvs.com. The funny thing is, I remember as a kid begging my mom to get some Lee Press-On Nails…well, I remember they lasted about twenty minutes when she made dinner for my dad and then they popped off! So you can imagine my anxiety when I applied these to my own nails. I thought for sure I would need to keep some spare nails in my purse in case these little suckers disappeared, but they didn’t. Instead I kept finding myself looking at these little gems. They looked pretty amazing. I found they lasted about three days before they actually started to come off. I definitely think these would be amazing for a special event or if you don’t mind only keeping them on for just a few days. What I truly loved about them most of all, is they literally took about three minutes to apply- Gotta love that!
Sexual Noir by Michel Germain
I will keep this post short and sweet! You may remember that I reviewed a fragrance a while back called Sexual Sugar. I just had the chance to try another one of their fragrances called Sexual Noir, $92 for the 3 piece set at michelgermain.com. I love the sweet but sultry and slightly musky scent of this fragrance. I’m super picky when it comes to the fragrances I wear and I don’t like anything overpowering. What I love about this fragrance is it’s staying power. Since I also have the body cream, I can layer the two for a scent that lasts well into the wee hours. Sexual Noir definitely has the same affect on people as Sexual Sugar. This perfume contains aphrodisiacs, I’m not kidding! When you wear it, you will know I’m telling the truth. This fragrance really does have an affect on people. I get tons of compliments on this scent from the moment I put it on. Yes, it always makes me a laugh a little to tell people the name, but I love it anyway. Who doesn’t love the scent of a woman?

GlyDerm Gentle Face Cleanser
Beautiful makeup starts with good skin. One of the most important things you can do for yourself is ALWAYS washing your makeup off before you go to bed. Sleeping in your makeup is one of the worst things you can do for your skin. I usually only use foaming cleansers because I am a huge fan of my beloved Clarisonic, and for some reason, I just love the way a foam cleanser works with it. I recently had the chance to try this GlyDerm Gentle Cleanser, $26 at Dermstore.com and Dermatologist offices. I was literally blown away. This amazing cleanser took off every last bit of makeup, worked really well with my Clarisonic, and left me with glowing and hydrated skin. This gentle cleanser contains 0.2% glycolic acid but contains no soap or alkalis. It is so extremely gentle that you can use it twice a day. I have very sensitive and normally reactive skin and I have had no adverse reactions at all. The Glyderm line is also targeted at people that have problem skin and acne. So you can feel confident that this line will only improve your skin over time and not further aggrevate it. Gotta LOVE that!
