got2b POWDER’ful Volumizing Styling Powder by Schwarzkopf

With my days getting longer and and my work load piling up, I definitely don’t have time for bad hair days. The past few weeks I have been spending a lot of time in front of the camera and this little gem helps keep my hair from going flat. I must admit, this powder has a strange texture and feel to it when you first apply it, but boy does it do the trick at giving you tons of volume. My hair is extremely long and lately it just looks flat! I know I’m in desperate need of a haircut, which is somewhat to blame, but my hair has just been lacking that major volume lately. I don’t know why I have an obsession with big hair, but I do, and the bigger the hair the better! I stumbled across this product about six months ago while browsing the hair section at Walgreens. Since it was so inexpensive, I thought I would give it a try. This volumizing styling powder by Schwarzkopf, called got2b POWDER’ful retails for $4.49 at Walgreens.com comes in a little shaker container. You sprinkle a little of the powder on the palm of your hands and gently pat together to get a tacky consistency. You then run your hands through your hair close to your scalp to give your hair that extra lift and volume. This one definitely gets a HIGH FIVE from me. Bravo Mr. Schwarzkopf… what else can I say?

MAKE UP FOR EVER Lip Line Perfector

This is absolutely one of those products I can’t live without. Since I basically wear a different lip color every day of the week, this is the best lip liner ever created. Lip Line Perfector by Make Up For Ever, $19 at Sephora.com, is my miracle product. This lip liner is a clear, and has a waxy texture that you can either line your entire lip area with, or just the outer lip line to prevent bleeding. You can use this pencil with every color lipstick you own. It’s so brilliant! I love the texture of this pencil as well. It’s amazing at keeping your dark or bold lipstick on your lips instead of bleeding outside your lip line, so you will never have to look like a Clown at the circus again! Gotta LOVE that!

Caudalie Premier Cru Riche Cream

I really did not want to love this cream, but of course I do! I just wish I could find a face cream that I love as much as the Caudalie Premier Cru Line. I was actually able to try this cream because of my V.I.B (Beauty Insider) status at Sephora. This cream retails for $158 for 1.7 ounces at Sephora.com. What I truly love about this cream is it’s super rich texture. I have always had very dry skin. I definitely need to use a hydrating serum with a rich moisturizer layered on top. This cream paired with my Josie Maran Argan Milk, are the perfect combo for my dry skin. I will continue to use the original Premier Cru during the day until I finish it up. Then I’m going to have to bite the bullet and purchase this one myself. I guess I should start saving now! Sigh-

Essie Nail Lacquer in Penny Talk

I’m obsessed with my nails. They always have to be painted. Although my hands are not that of a hand model, I definitely think a completely “polished look” (no pun intended) includes well manicured nails. I am LOVIING the Mirror Collection by Essie. Each polish has an almost chrome effect to it. The color I am wearing, Penny Talk, $8.50 at Essie.com, is a beautiful rose gold color that has subtle tones of copper to it. This polish has amazing staying power as well. I was able to wear this polish for at least five days before it even started to chip. Pretty impressive! I will keep this post short and sweet because all I have to say is Essie really NAILED it with this collection. A penny for your thoughts?

Sexual Sugar Eau de Parfum by Michel Germain

I am an avid wearer of Flowerbomb, but when I had the chance to try Sexual Sugar by Michel Germain, this easily became one of my new favorite scents. If you are like me and like sweet fragrances with woodsy undertones, you will absolutely LOVE this fragrance. It isn’t too floral or strong. They state that “Hugs and Kisses” are guaranteed when wearing this fragrance, which kind of made me laugh, but I am not kidding, the first day I wore this, I had an older gentlemen approach me and tell me my fragrance was intoxicating. I was a little worried at first because he definitely violated my personal space, but when I repeated the story to my friend she said, “He’s right, I was going to tell you the same thing!” Haha.
This fragrance also lasts throughout the day. There is no need to reapply, unless you want to invite more men into your personal space! Be sure to pick up Sexual Sugar, $70 at Bloomingdales.com. If you are in the L.A. area, you have to go see Frank in the Men’s Fragrance section at the Beverly Center Bloomingdales. The way he explains this fragrance is a treat itself! This fragrance should come with a warning because once you wear it, you are sure to be the woman a man never forgets-
